Two minutes online, or call 1-877-644-0116 and we'll do it with you over the phone.
2
Start right away
Nothing ships. The course opens as soon as you register, on a phone, tablet or computer.
3
Read it, at your pace
The same chapters on California traffic law, with a few questions after each one. Log out whenever, and pick up where you left off.
4
Take the exam online
The same 25 multiple-choice questions, open book. We grade it on the spot, and then your completion goes to the DMV and your court.
Step 2 is the only real difference. Home study waits on the mail twice, once for the
booklet and once for the answer sheet. Online skips both. Everything else, the material,
the exam and how your completion reaches the court, is identical.
What the price includes
The price you see is the price you pay. These are not upgrades:
Electronic reporting of your completion to the DMV and your court
An emailed completion receipt for your own records
Two attempts at the final exam
Help from a real person on the phone, Mon–Fri
Before you register
Two things worth knowing:
California lets you mask a citation through traffic school once every 18 months.
Your court charges its own administrative fee. That one is paid to the court, not to us.
