Our Privacy Policy

Affordable Home Study Program, Inc. ("AHSP") accepts your credit card numbers as a method of payment. AHSP does not rent, sell, or share your credit card information with nonaffiliated companies or other individuals, except to provide products or services that you have requested (such as paying for your traffic school course), or when AHSP has your permission, or under the following circumstances:

1. AHSP provides the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with AHSP in the normal course of AHSP's business to process your credit card payment, as well as our accounting and legal firms. These companies may use your personal information to help AHSP receive your payments for our products and services, such as our traffic school courses, and related charges.

2. AHSP responds to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

3. AHSP may share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud (including the fraudulent use of your credit card by someone else), situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of AHSP's customer agreement, or as otherwise required by law.

4. We would transfer information about you if AHSP is acquired by, or merged with, another company. In this event, this new company may have its own privacy policy.
